Preserve What You've Built, Provide for Who You Love
A clear estate plan isn't about what happens after you're gone — it's about making sure your wishes are honored and your family isn't left guessing
What Is Estate Planning?
Estate planning is the process of deciding how your assets, healthcare decisions, and financial affairs will be handled — both during your lifetime if you become unable to manage them yourself, and after you pass. It can include a will, one or more trusts, healthcare directives, and a plan for who manages things if you can't.
Without a plan in place, California's default rules — and often the probate court — decide for you. That process can be slow, public, and costly for the people you leave behind.
Estate Planning at Every Stage
You don't need to be wealthy or retired to need an estate plan — you need one the moment you have people who depend on you, or assets you care about.
- Young families: Guardianship decisions for minor children, life insurance planning
- Pre-retirees & retirees: Coordinating your estate plan with your retirement income strategy
- Business owners: Succession planning and business structure decisions
- Blended families: Making sure your wishes are clear when family structures are more complex
Our Approach
We believe estate planning shouldn't feel overwhelming or like something to put off. My role is to help you see the full picture — how your estate plan connects to your retirement plan, your investments, and your family's future — and to work alongside your attorney and tax professional so every piece fits together.
